Answer everything as detailed, clear and non-ambiguous as you can. But do not give them more answers than they ask for - e.g. if they ask for four advantages of Change Management, then give them exactly four advantages, not five or six. They will not look at more than four.
If you get stuck, then skip to the next question. Go back to the question(s) you skipped after you have answered everything you know (if you have time). You really won't have time to think either.
Usually they will give you a description of a fictitious company. Make sure you answer the questions with this company in mind, and mention them whenever you can.
